B2. 10 sec on AB @90% effort X 3, rest 90 sec

 

C. 8 Min of movement

      2 X Turkish Get Ups (1 each side)

      10 X Double Unders (sub2:1)

      20 X Rotational Ball Tosses (10 each side)

      10 X Double Unders (sub 2:1)

Fit 2:

A. Push Press (6-8 reps) X 4, rest 2 min

B1.  Ring Dips (8-10M 5-7F reps) X 4, rest 30 sec

B2. 10 sec on AB @90% effort X 3, rest 90 sec

 

C. 8 min of movement

      4/2 X HSPU (kipping allowed)

      20 X Double Unders

      10 X GHD Hip Ext.

      20 X Double Unders
