◇◇Next Monday, we will be doing Memorial Day Murph – We will be holding “classes” at 0700/0800/0900 because of the heat – Doors will open at 0645, so we can start right at 0700 – Again, scales will be available based on your current skill level – It’s going to be a great time◇◇

Fit 1:


A. Half Kneeling Behind the neck press (8-10 reps) X 4, rest 2 min Alternate down legs, so you will do 2 sets of right leg down and 2 sets of left leg down total

B1. Weighted Pointers w/ light dumbbell in extending hand (8-10 reps each side) X 3, rest 30 sec
B2. Single Arm Farmer’s Carry (100m each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec

C. 10 X Dumbbell Thrusters
10 X Burpees
10 X Russian KBS
10 X Burpees
Rest 5 min
X 2
