Fit 1 and Fit 2 Team Workout: (Teams of 2 and/or 1 team of 3 if odd number in class) (Same scheme as last year, but REDUCED reps due to Murph on Monday 7,8,9am classes)

“March to the Fight” (Reduced)

Team members stay together during the running portions, during the work portion only 1 team member works at a time. Each Team member completes ALL reps, but do NOT have to complete all at one time before rotating to other team members. (Ie for the round of 5 reps of Man Makers, each team member could rotate 2,2,1 to complete them all, THEN move on to TTB…etc. Then ALL members run together)

400m run (Carry Dumbbells used for MM, if a team member sets them down, everyone stops to wait until they pick them back up)

5 X Man Makers

5 X TTB (Sub knee raises then abmat sit ups)

200m Run (Carry Dumbbells used for MM, if a team member sets them down, everyone stops to wait until they pick them back up)

5 X Man Makers

5 X TTB (Sub knee raises then abmat sit ups)

Rest 3 min

THEN

“Replenish the Lines” (Reduced)

3 rounds of: (each team member completes all 3 rounds, but only one team member per round at a time until team member reaches AB (ie, team member 1 completes a round then gets on AB, Once opposite team members is on the AB then team member 2 completes starts a round, etc, until all team members complete all 3 rounds)

10 X Walking lunges w/ KB in Goblet Squat Position (5 each leg)

10 X Russian KBS

10 X Atlas Stone lift over the shoulder using wall ball instead of atlas stone (5 reps over each shoulder)

10 Cal on AB

Rest 3 min

THEN

“Take the Hill” (Reduced)

400m run buy in (all team members start and finish together)

30 X Burpee over the box jumps (sub step over the box as needed, feet MAY touch the top of the box even for those jumping over, also MAY jump clear over the box if able) (M 24” F 20”) (Team members each do 15 reps total, but may split them up however they like)

200m run Buy Out (all team members start and finish together)
