Fit 1:

A.  Power Snatch (3-5 reps) X 2, rest 2 min

B1.  Turkish Get Ups (6 reps) (3 each arm alternating) X 2, rest 30 sec

B2.  GHD Hip extensions (weight as able) (8-10 reps) X 2, rest 30 sec  

C.  2:00 min AB @sustainable aerobic pace (should be at same wattage/cal at the end of each round, but try to get 10-20 watt average increase from last week if you are feeling well)

      Rest 30 sec

      400m run (at sustainable aerobic pace)

**May Start with 400m run pacing if ABs are full, then complete AB section after both 400s**

Fit 2:

A.  Power Snatch (1-3 reps) X 2, rest 2 min
