B.  OHS Squats (6-8 reps) X 4, rest 2 min 

C.  12 Min EMOM

      2m/1f X Strict Pull Up (sub toe on box) 

      3 X Burpee box Jump (sub step up) 

Fit 2:  

A.  Clean (3-5 reps) X 2, rest 90 seconds

B.  OHS Squats (4-6 reps) X 4, rest 2 min

C.  12 min EMOM (**Kipping Allowed**)

      3m/2f X HSPU (sub vertical on box)

      1 X Clean
