A1.  From standing position, Walk out to plank position, and back up to standing (10 reps) X 3, rest 30 sec

A2.  Tricep Dips using a chair or bench (10 reps) X 3, rest 30 sec

C.  3 rounds for time:

      100m run

      10 X Burpees    

Gear:

A.  Single arm kneeling DB Press (from down knee) (8-10 reps each arm) X 4, rest 2 min

B1.  Side plank leg raises (10 each side) X 3, rest 30 sec

B2.  Bent Over DB Row (8-10 reps each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec

C.  3 rounds for time:

      100m run

      10 X Burpees
