First, we'll run you through a free intro session (approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour). This includes:

  • A tour of our facilities
  • Thorough coached warm-up to properly prime muscles and joints before activity
  • Personalized introductory workout from one of our coaches.
  • Short cool down and guided stretch post-workout

After the workout, we will sit down with you and discuss your personal goals and background. We will complete an overview of our training methodology, answer any questions, and review the different membership packages we offer.

Our passion is healthy living. In order to fully incorporate a healthy lifestyle, we understand support at home is critical to success. We invite you to bring your family members to ask questions as you become familiar with us. Once this Intro session is complete, we will schedule a series of our introductory "On-Ramp" classes for you. Contact us today and let us know when you'd like to schedule your free intro workout.*

Intro sessions must be scheduled in advance in order to ensure we have proper personnel on-site to facilitate the session. We do not give drop-in intro sessions, but welcome anyone interested to stop by and see the gym for themselves if you would like. Please don't be intimidated! We're all very eager to help and our members and culture is an extremely accepting and welcoming one. We only give intro classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please be prepared to workout. We suggest you wear workout clothes, proper shoes, and bring a water bottle!

 

You do not have to “be fit” to “get fit.” In fact, we encourage those of all ages and of all fitness backgrounds to join us. The techniques and methods used in our gym are safe, effective, and fun. We promise you will not be disappointed.

 

Rivalry On-Ramp Class

On-Ramp is a program designed to teach those starting CrossFit the basic movements we use in the gym daily. We utilize a more intimate setting in order to allow for the most effective learning environment. Our coaching staff will take you through each movement in detail and will make sure you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals before entering our normal classes. The on-ramp class consists of 3 days of training starting on Monday of each week and finishing on Wednesday. You must complete all three days prior to entering normal classes. If you miss a day, you may make it up one-on-one with a coach for $20 or you may attend the missed day the following week. On-Ramp is mandatory for all individuals new to CrossFit.

Once you have completed On-Ramp, you are free to participate in any of our group classes. Our class times are listed on the website. There will be a workout of the day (WOD) posted for the gym daily. Each class will be the same, so feel free to come in for the class that best fits your schedule. These classes are designed to train individuals across all modes of physical ability and needs. We not only develop your fitness level, but also offer a community full of people willing to work with you and support you along the way! A few other notes:

  • You must complete an Intro session prior to attending On-Ramp
  • We have a limited number of spaces available for On-Ramp each week, so please contact us to reserve your spot!
