Fit 1:

A.  OHS (8-10 reps) X 3, rest 2 min between sets

B1.  Seated Arnold Press w/ KB in front rack of non-working arm (8-10 reps each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec

B2.  Single arm waiter’s walk (50m each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec

C.  2 rounds of:

     200m run

     8 X Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead

     10 Cal on AB run

     8 X Ring Rows

Fit 2:

A.  OHS (6-8 reps) X 3, rest 2 min between sets

B1.  Seated Arnold Press w/ KB in front rack of non-working arm (8-10 reps each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec

B2.  Single arm waiter’s walk (50m each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec

C.  2 rounds of:

     200m run

     8 X Hang DB Clean and Jerk

     10 Cal on AB 

     8 X Pull Ups (kipping allowed)
