For those NOT doing the OPEN tomorrow morning, workout below. For those doing the OPEN, complete warm up, a couple short rounds of OPEN workout, then full cool down stretch

A.  Front Squat (4-6 reps) X 3, rest 2 min 

B1.  Dumbbell External Rotations (8-10 reps each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec 

B2.  Dips use box assist as necessary (8-10 reps) X 3, rest 30 sec  

C.  10 Sec AB X 4, rest 2 min

Fit 2:

A.  Front Squat (3-5 reps) X 3, rest 2 min 

B1.  Weighted Pull Ups (8-10 reps) X 3, rest 30 sec

B2.  Single Arm DB Bench Press (8-10 reps each arm) X 3, rest 30 sec    

C.  10 Sec AB X 4, rest 2 min
